At Magic the Gathering Sealed, we offer a 30-day return window for factory-sealed products to ensure your collection remains pristine. Please note that opened booster packs, decks, or any items with broken shrink-wrap are ineligible for return due to the nature of collectible trading card games.
Verify Seal Integrity
Ensure the item is still in its original, unopened factory shrink-wrap or contains the intact Wizards of the Coast security seal.
Submit Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely in a sturdy box with protective padding to prevent corner dings or structural damage during transit.
Ship and Refund
Mail the package using a tracked shipping service; once inspected and verified as factory-sealed, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
